mujero (b. 1996, New York, NY) is a New York-based interdisciplinary artist and director. He has exhibited in galleries and non-profit spaces including Sargent’s Daughters, Microscope Gallery, The Latinx Project at NYU, and Osseous Matter. He has completed residencies at Bronx Art Space at Governor’s island and Smack Mellon. He’s directed films, music videos, and content for clients including SYRO, Deli Gallery, and various independent artists in New York. His first museum group exhibition, Ayida, opened in 2025 at the Institute of Contemporary Art at Virginia Commonwealth University. Currently, he is a Fellow at The Bronx Museum AIM Program. He holds a BFA in Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design.
